With the ambition to develop his leadership role, Pablo Moreno, Senior Validation and Compliance Engineer at Magle Chemoswed AB, will start the Leading IMPACT – Executive Management & Leadership Program in October.

Hello, Pablo. You’re starting Leading IMPACT this fall. What was the reason for your decision?
I have been looking for an executive leadership program for a long time, as I feel I need the skills to become more focused on leadership, rather than details.
And why did you choose Leading IMPACT in particular?
It was my company that proposed the Leading Impact program, as several of my colleagues at Magle have participated or will participate in the program.
What do you hope to develop during the program?
I hope to get a good overview of what leadership is, and develop my toolbox and ability. And to develop a good strategic ability to look ahead on our growing path.
What qualities are important for succeeding in your role as Senior Validation and Compliance Engineer at Magle Chemoswed AB?
I would say it’s important to have a strategic mindset and to be inspiring to the colleagues in my team.
How would you describe your leadership style?
I’m a hands-on person and like to show the way by being the first one walking it.
Tell us about your background.
I have worked in many different countries such as Argentina, Brazil, USA, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, and now Sweden; and I love multiculturalism and international environments. For the past 15 years, I´ve been focused on pharmaceutical and medical device industry and I love to see how my knowledge and experience could be applied to improve and /or save lives.
What will your impact challenge, that you bring into the program, be about?
My impact challenge will be about digitalization and sustainability within the life science industry – something I am very passionate about.
