Expectations were running high at MiLgårdarna in Klippan as EFL’s executive management program got started with its first residential session. The first three days of the program are focused on you and your impact, where participants are given the opportunity to get to know each other, explore and develop their self-awareness and personal leadership.

Leading Impact, a powerful hands-on executive management program, has been refined from the Executive MBA program, which EFL provided in partnership with the Lund University School of Economics and Management for 20 years. A fundamental concept of Leading Impact is to question old “truths”, to come up with new truths and to put these to the test. Terminology and tools must be supplemented with a search for other perspectives, other ways of reasoning and new solutions for companies and management to innovate and develop in order to stay competitive and relevant in the markets of today and tomorrow.

Following the initial residential session, focus will shift to how to master the business tools that play a critical role in leading and developing businesses. The participants will explore and develop theories, models, concepts and analysis as key success factors in an effort to create immediate and lasting IMPACT in their organization.

In parallel with the residential session, program participants will also work on an impact challenge, a strategic challenge around which they structure their learning. Additionally, each participant has an impact team within their organization to support the learning process on the home front. Furthermore, each participant has been matched with an impact coach, someone with experience from similar types of challenges to those facing the program participant.

The next program start date is October 6, 2021.
