A 15-month developmental journey brimming with lessons on management, innovation and business development culminated in a graduation ceremony and closing dinner for the Leading IMPACT Class of 2022.

In October 2020, the Leading IMPACT Class of 2022 crew set out on their common developmental journey. With their companies’ impact challenges as a common thread, the participants developed their toolbox, skillsets and, not least, mindsets for successfully meeting the challenges that lie ahead.
“Leading IMPACT is unique – there’s no doubt about it. We’re proud to have gone from the point when participants brought their challenges to the program to incorporating their lessons from the program in their reality as they face their own challenges,” said Henrik Lundgren, EFL’s CEO, in his speech to the new graduates. He then described the research project linked to Leading IMPACT and how EFL keeps on taking a higher aim to offer the market’s most innovative, effective executive management programs.
The graduation ceremony was filled with speeches and tributes to the program participants from people involved in the program, and interspersed with live entertainment from the stage. Program manager Thomas Kalling offered vivid descriptions of the qualities and developmental journeys of both the group and individual participants, and the module instructors shared reflections, anecdotes and memories from the past 15 months together.
The evening’s alumni speaker, Lina Karlsson, R&D director of Surgical Solutions at Mölnlycke Health Care, talked about how the program helped her develop as a leader and shared tips and inspiration on how she had put her new tools to use to create the greatest possible impact.
Leading IMPACT – Executive Management & Leadership Program will start up again on October 5, 2022.
