After a 15-month long adventure together, it was the time for the participants in the Leading Impact Executive Management & Leadership Program’s Class of 2023 to cross the finish line together. The graduation ceremony was held at the Grand Hotel in Lund, where the participants celebrated together with family, company representatives and program teams.
“One of the market’s most innovative executive management programs” is what the Leading Impact Executive Management & Leadership Program is usually called. During the program’s 15 months, the participants develop their skills in management and leadership, based on the current and sharp strategic challenges own their own organizations. The program’s learning is linked to the sharp development of the organization.
“In Leading Impact, we shift the focus from education to development. Our philosophy is that it is easier to learn if it’s problem-based – to learn things that have immediate benefit. And it is easier to develop if you start digging at the situation you are in right now, and do it applied to the challenges you are currently facing”, said EFL chairman of the board Stein Kleppestö in his speech to the graduates.
In the program, the participants also had the opportunity to focus on one of the three optional specializations:
During the course of the program, the participants were also assigned their own impact coach, and also reported to a so-called impact team in the own organization to ensure anchoring and input to their strategic challenge (in the program called the impact challenge) that runs through the entire education.
At Saturday’s graduation at the Grand Hotel, the participants got to celebrate with family, program teams and company representatives. There were speeches, among others by Program Director Thomas Kalling and EFL alumnus Linus Eriksson CEO of Øresundsbron, as well as entertainment and reflection on the 15-month joint adventure.
